Terms and Conditions of the Mitsubishi Savings Event for Sam's Club Members: Sam’s Club Member MUST be the authorized purchaser of the vehicle and a current Sam’s Club member. Member must take final delivery of the vehicle to be eligible. Sam’s Club Member will receive one (1) gift card per eligible vehicle purchase. Eligible vehicle purchase refers to a new and unused 2008/2009 model year Mitsubishi Eclipse, Eclipse Spyder, Galant, Outlander, Endeavor, or Raider vehicle. Each Sam’s Club Member, in good standing, is eligible to purchase two (2) eligible vehicles, distributed by MMNA, at VIP Pricing less the applicable Sam’s Club Customer Incentive, during the promotion period; October 1, 2008 through December 1, 2008. Gift cards may not be sent to a P.O. Box, Member must provide physical address. Gift card will be issued 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of approved redemption form by Member Services, Inc., Attention: Mitsubishi Motors Gift Card Redemption, 13016 N. Walton Blvd., Bentonville, Arkansas 72712. Redemption Form must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2008.

The Sponsor of the Mitsubishi Savings Event for Sam's Club Members is Mitsubishi Motors NA. Sponsor is the sole administrator of the Mitsubishi Savings Event and is solely responsible for the fulfillment of the Gift Card. Sam's Club has no responsibilities regarding the advertising, conduct or administration of the Mitsubishi Savings Event for Sam's Club Members.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions: Use of the card constitutes acceptance of the following terms: The balance on this card is solely a liability of Wal-Mart Shopping Card Company. This card can be used for purchase of merchandise at any retail format of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in the United States or Puerto Rico. This card cannot be redeemed for cash except in those states which require redemption for cash. If your card is lost or stolen or you have any questions, please contact a Customer Support Representative at 1-800-955-7267. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without original receipt. To use at Sam's Club, the holder must be a Sam's Club Member or a 10% service fee will apply, except where not applicable. Shopping card balance may be applied toward annual membership fee.
